my daughter is having fever from last night. i.e 102f . m giving her paracetamol after ever 4-5 hours . her temp. falls to 100 but not below that after some time again reach to 101-102. I visited nearby doctor he gave Dolo but that too doesn't make any difference. What could be the reason?

A. hi. if fever is not getting down after giving dolo, you can do tepid sponging her, it will help . give her lors of fluids and rest, do talk toyour doctor if no improvement. ok
