My daughter is having fever at night given medicine and then ok at morning but then night fever is coming back she is having white dots on her throat

A. please give SYP pcm if body temprature is more then 100 f. give lots of liquids and for further advice it is good to consult your doctor in person. ok

Q. my daughter is 6.5 years old.. from last night she is having fever .. last night it was 99.5 deg at 10.00 pm... then at 3.00am again there is a fever of 100.6degrees.. then at 10.am again fever is there of 101.6 degrees.. I have been giving her crocin 5 ml... but since morning her fever is not coming down so at 2.00pm I gave her Ibugesic plus as her fever was 101.6 degrees but after 2 hours of medicine her fever raised to 102.3 degrees... should I give her crocin also .to low down her fever?
