Q.

my daughter is having dry cough since 3-4 weeks . tried giving her syrup too but still not reduced any other go?? she is 2.5 years old

A. probably you need to do inhalation therapy to the baby Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Then You consult your doctor and ask for a better medicine to go for apart from that would advise you to nebulise your child regularly at least twice a day for five days since the sudden dip in the cold has actually increased these issues overnight so nebulisation is also going to be fruitful right now
