My daughter is having dead skin on her head...what to be done..she is 3 yrs old

A. hi mam,it might be dry skin . so give head massage with coconut oil everyday which will help to provide better nourishment and keep skin hydrated. wash your child's hair with mild or doctor's prescribed shampoo
