My daughter is having constipation problem. She passes stool with very difficultiy. What should I do

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello give lot of fruits and vegetables to the baby and plenty of water to drink to avoid constipation. also now try to fix a potty daily at the same time.

Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet for easy passing of stool.
Apply coconut oil on the potty area for easy passing of stool. Take care
