Q.

My daughter is having constipation issue since birth. Now she is 11 yr 3 month old but problem is as it is. She has lactose intolerance since birth but now she can consume any dairy products but what should I do for her heavy constipation.

A. Ok I will try this. Well in place of milk what and how can I give to her so that her requirement of calcium and others essentials will fulfill.

A. Are you sure your child can consume lag lactose products because maybe that can also be causing constipation so I’ll tell you three things try doing them make your child have warm little hot water in the morning by making your child sit into malaasan and then apply some oil in the label before sleeping and give about 30 to 60 ML of prune juice in the night before sleeping
