My daughter is having black small spots on her body I showed to all doctors they told it will disappear when she will be around 2.5 years old....May I know how to reduce this and also what is the cause for this Thank you

A. it is inf. Any pediatrician should examine the baby as it may be some under lying problem with the baby . If fever is there then paracetamol can be given for immediate relief . No any medication without consulting doctor .
