My daughter is having a very dark complexion but when she was born she was very fair,and why this happens,?

A. For initial 6 to 8 months colour completion of the child changes no matter whether the child is born fair or dark and ultimately the child takes its natural complexion which is completely based on the genetic so maybe the parents either of the parent is little dark in colour which is why this is happening
