I am giving her meftal but fever come back after 5-6 hours. it all started with cold and cough. what could be the reason? if anyone facing the same issue please help. i have contacted doctor also but doctor has given medicine for fever, vomiting and nebulizer

A. please continue to give medicines adviced and do cold sponging also nj for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
