my daughter is going to be 12yrs.she is getting period symptoms like little bit blood but it is not regular. it just seen for one or two days. but this symptom is regular in months. what to do pls suggest

A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor
