Q.

my daughter is getting fever from tuesday and till Thursday doctor was saying it is viral but on Thursday we have her urine sample and she has urine infection.. it is 1-2 epithelial cells and 4-6 w. b. c cells in report... doctor has given cefixime for infection and even now she is getting fever after every 6 hrs... how long can it take for the fever to breakdown?? I am really worried now please suggest

A. Hi mom Fever will be fine as when there is no urine infection to the baby.. Continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor. It will be fine. Also give plenty of fluids to cure urine infection. Take care
