My daughter is frequently suffering from vomiting, gas and indigestion problems due to which she refuses to eat anything this condition con8fron last 3 days , so please suggest any medicine

A. You should consult your Paediatrician once and get her checked and in her diet start using hing in cooking and give her ajwain ka paani or add ajwain in her parantha or chapati to improve digestion and gas
