my daughter is eating good & healthy food but she's thin what can I do??

A. child should be healthy not chubby still you should start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child

A. Hello dear parent, some children have good metabolism due to which they eat appropriately but do not gain much weight. So do not worry much about it. You can give her supplements as well like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only.
