My daughter is completely 4 years now and she has cough from 4 days, plz suggest some good syrup

Apply this mixture to your child’s chest, throat, back and feet soles gently twice a day. Give warm water and warm freshly prepared homemade foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage your child to eat.
