my 4 years old daughter having cough from last 4 days even in sleep. we used some cough syrup but no improvement .

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity ezvery 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
give home rezmedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
