Q.

My daughter is complaining about pain in one of her limbs during night. She wakes up at night and starts crying. She has not got hurt and even if she has not carried much physical activity during the day she complains about the pain. Can ut be Calcium deficiency due to growth?

A. It could probably be due to growth pain massage the legs well before you put your child to sleep along with that also I’m going to recommend you to start with vitamin D and calcium supplement as of now that is going to be benefiting for your child
