my daughter is close to 6 months old..there is a small growth kind off on her breast.. initially it was very small, now i feel it has grown a bit..what it could be? help pls..photo is attached

A. probably the photographs which I have posted is not uploaded moreover it is very important to have a physical examination of the baby to give in your opinion any comment on this
