ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom as far as she is been active for her age and also eating a healthy and balanced diet their is no concerns , a little varaition is acceptable.
you can give all usual family foods to them and gradually increase the vareity from various food groups and also increase the quantity
