my daughter is 9yrs 6 months old and she's complaining of pain in the breast area. I consult a doctor, she said it's a developing pain caused by the development of buds, it's an early sign of attaining puberty. how to control it?

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s daily diet. Let the child be physically active as much as possible.
