My daughter is 9 years old, she was born premature in 8th month, she has underwent two major surgeries of small intestine blockage malrotation with blind loops in her small intestine. 1st surgery was done wen she was just 4 days old n d 2nd wen she was 1 n half years old. in 2nd surgery her 30% part of small intestine was removed alongwith her appendix. She is much better now but her height n weight is below average. she is 9 years old but looks like 6-7 years old. We r vegetarian. plz suggest a diet which helps her to increase her height and weight. plz
