Q.

My daughter is 9 years and 7 months old. Recently, I've noticed her skin has become very dry. When I touch her nose, it feels rough and not soft like it used to. She also has white patches on her cheeks and in some other areas of her face. Overall, her face looks quite dull compared to before.
