my daughter is 9 year old she's having fever so we gave her paracetamol since 2 days bt after giving medicine after 5 hour she start shivering after that again fever comes we went dr. 2 days back what should we do

A. get the investigations of the baby bh Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
