Q.

my daughter is 9 months old ..she's super active and does all the activities but her weight gain is not that good.Any suggestions to increase weight or can I stop worrying because my baby is super active

A. As long as baby is healthy and active, there is no need to be concerned about weight gain as your baby is too small right now. You can keep feeding freshly prepared nutritious foods including potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, boiled eggs, chicken soup, legumes, ghee, banana, avocado and milk. Feed 3 main meals and frequent finger foods.
