Q.

My daughter is 9 month old M not able to set her sleep timings. Can i wake her up n disturb her sleep if needed?

A. hi your baby is 9 months old now by present age most of the babies develop day and night cycle rhythm so you can surely help her to sleep more at night.dont disturb sleep but try to keep her awake in late evening
