Q.

my daughter is 9 and half months. can I give her nuts in her diet?

A. Yes of course you can introduce nuts in diet of the child grind the almonds in a grinder and make a powder and that can be added to porridge or meals of the baby as they are rich source of protein and fiber

A. Yes dear, but please make sure that the nuts should be in mashed form as your baby is too small and it can be soaked so either you just mash it or mix it in other food which you give to baby.

A. hi parent yes you may but better to offer the nuts in meshed /crushed form you may give her the same. in paste form as well you may mix it with the other food.items but in powder form take care keep asking get
