Can I give my 9 month old son meat, cheese, nuts and jaggery?

A. You can give non vegetarian foods, nuts and dry fruits to your baby as they are rich source of proteins, iron, vitamins and fat. When introducing, give in smaller quantities. There us no need to give jaggery at this stage as it will do nothing to add on to the health. Instead, for sweetness, give overnight soaked dates or raisins. If you make cheese at hone, then you can give, but packaged ones are processed and not recommended for babies.
