Q.

My daughter is 8 months old today. Her weight is very less as the ideal weight of her age. I.e 5.8 kg now. Please suggest me what kind of foods may give her to gain a healthy weight and also, she is not having food properly. Please suggest diatery plan and quantity of food to be given.

A. Hello my dear parent! It depends on your child’s birth. Baby should be doubling birth weight by six months and triple by one year completion. Gradually introduce all food groups in your child’s daily diet that is healthy and common in your family. Continue with breastfeeding. Regularly massage with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil for muscle strength and flexibility
