My daughter is 8 months old.she has started taking solids now.What alternative can I give her besides breast milk as I have to go to work and stay away for 10 hours? She doesn’t take NAN

You can go ahead with giving tone pasteurised milk you can go ahead with giving regular semisolid food like porridge khichadi all kind of fruits and vegetables dairy products all the things can be given to the child as of now there going to be very helpful for you
