Q.
my daughter is 8 months old and I've to join back my work. I've started with 3 meals & 2 snacks in a day..but I'm not able to find an alternative to the feed which she takes in the afternoon as I won't be available for the same once I join back my work...what should I do? can I opt for any formula milk for the same?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, baby can be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon in your absence. Breast milk stays good at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours.
