my daughter is 7months old she have nestum only one time 3spoons a day and only have my breast milk is it ok if she have only one time food a day

A. slowly and gradually increase the intake as once a day then twice a day then three times a day baby should have at least 3-4solids meals also give ragi Dalia sabudana khichdi puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables remember one new food one at a time
