my daughter is 7months old, can we start her giving non veg soups?

Nope On veg can be introduced after the age of 10 months only if you want to give any kind of soup to the child to introduce it after the age of 10 months only not before that it’s a little heavy for a child to digest before that so give your child some time to adjust to the regular food first
