Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy2 days agoA. Hey! If parents are late teethers and through genetics kids can have delay in their teeth fall out and growth. Can happen any time between 6 to 8 years, taking into consideration when your child got his or her first tooth. Check with your consulting paediatrician for any kind of deficiency issues.
