my daughter is 7 years old but still she hasn't lost any milk tooth yet. Is there something to get concerned about? or is it normal?

A. Dear parent, some children have a late shedding and erupting cycle. However if the permanent tooth erupts earlier than milk tooth shedding, it might deflect the permanent tooth from its position. Consultation with pediatric dentist and xray can prevent such event.

A. See the process completes within the age of 4 1/2 years to 13 years so till that time the new fresh teeth are not coming and creating a problem you can wait for these teeth to fall and in case if there’s any discomfort or any confusion you can visit your dentist once
