My daughter is 7 months old and her stool is constipated. What should I feed her so that she will recover naturally?

When you start giving external food to the child please make sure that introducing good amount of water to the child because kids don’t have water that is why it can lead to dehydration and constipation issues of water and any other good healthy fluid is definitely very important and fibre rich diet and good amount of fruits for sure
