Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, Baby is just 4 month old dear. Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Don't give any food. Start giving semi solid and solid food once baby completes 6 months dear. Give massage daily to baby.
