Q.

my baby us 6 month old now, I started giving her dal, rice water but she is passing very hard stoo, Can u please suggest what should I do? how much quantity food I can give and how many times?

A. From around 6 months To start with, your baby only needs a small amount of solid food, once a day, at a time that suits you both.
