My daughter is 7 month right now. DOB - 24.08.2020 Please Suggest me about food timings and charts also.

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear good morning seven months of the age group you can feed your baby with three times food one bowl of the food at each time for breakfast lunch and dinner you can give Mash form of rice the liya Khichdi sabudana khichdi Suji Upma Ragi porridge potato sweet potato banana stewed apple carrot puree pumpkin puree keep in mind that the salt and sugar should not be added up before 1 year of the age
