Q.
my daughter is 7 and half month old,she hardly sleeps 8 hours in 24 hours ? kindly suggest to increase her sleep and it's too tiring for us to manage..kindly tell the reason also

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability befcause of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give as a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

Some Can you do sleep for a lesser time and that’s absolutely normal they do have this lack of sleep basically nothing else you should consult your doctor if they can advise you with some medicine I can understand it must be too exhausting because at this age also kids to sleep for at least a minimum of 14 hours if not much
