My daughter is 6yr old, she is frequently sneezing and she has running nose. can she have paracetamol? what is the dosage she can have?

A. paracetamol not advisable for cold and sneezing you can give delcon syrup 5ml 3 times a day of Cold and cough are viral infections in the baby generally they will take at least one week to subside
