My daughter is 6years old, Her weight is 27 kg but according to age weight 19kg hona chahiye ,kese reduce kre?

A. Dear mum, encourage healthy eating habits for your child. Avoid sugary foods, processed and packaged foods, chocolates, junk foods. Prefer to give homemade foods especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Encourage outdoor physical activities. Follow the growth curve of your baby with your doctor.
