Q.

My Daughter is 6months16days old, taking Aptamil stage1 formula (120ml water X 4scoops) 7times a day. When should I start stage2 formula milk? Can I change Aptamil formula to Lactogen formula? Can I include Cerelac or Nestum in her diet? which is better Cerelac or Nestum? Can she take 500ml water at this stage? Waiting for your valuable response... πŸ™

A. you can change formula milk stage 2. gradually. can offer cerelac or nestum both are good. 500 ml water is too much, giving him a few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day (no more than 1 ounces per day.)
