Q.
Hi doctor my son is 1year 4months old,his weight is 8.2.His birth weight was 2.8,can I start him in pediasure now once a day,otherwise he is taking cow's milk 2times 120ml and aptamil 120ml once.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom not required to give any powder or formula for him as he is one year old now and his diet need to be the usual food made at home for the family now and if he is taking it well enough then these supplements are not necessary .
You can instead opt for jaggery or ragi or dry fruit powder mix etc
