ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. I would advice home made cerelac. Start with a very small quantity and slowly increase the portion.
Weaning food must be a single grain food. give Daal Pani, Rick kanji than introduce fruit pureed, boiled veggies, porridge.

Make your own with moong dal rice etc
Heat then dry in sun then make powder and store
Give with milk when needed
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
