A. dear mum, a weight of 16.2 kg is on the lower side for your 6 years old child. For healthy weight gain, give protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts.

A. BS Ma’am the child should be somewhere around 20 kg by the age of six months so currently if you look at it your child is literally behind the expected growth and weight gain in the age please try and include more of proteins in the meals that you are providing to the child
