my daughter is 6 years old and her milk has fall, it is almost 3 months now but there is no sign of growth, can you please help us what to do

A. Don’t worry the permanent teeth can come within the time of six months to 12 months of time also and it’s not a problem still if you have any kind of a doubt about it in any confusion in the mind then you can always consult your dentist once
