A. in this query its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a case sso it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment ayis possible only after proper diagnosis is formed after knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.

A. it need to benseen .by any child specialist near by or your family pediatric doctor as it is difficult to advise for this without examining the baby . Further any medication according to the examination only .
