My daughter is 6 weeks old now. her birth weight was 2.8 kg and now she's 3.8 kg ? Are these signs of weight not increasing fast not good ? Can I use Simul MCT oil for weight gain ? It has triglycerides

Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly. And according to that baby weight is totally fine. You should just continue feeding your baby properly. Mother’s milk contains all the nutrition’s baby need so there is no need to give anything else till baby turned six months old
