my daughter is 6 and half years old. she got her first permanent tooth in below jaw line while her milk teeths are still firm and not showing any sign of falling off.when will they fall and will it affect her teeth alignment?

A. Hi if milk teeth has not fallen and permanent teeth has erupted behind the milk teeth then please consult with Pediatric Dentist as early as possible for removal of the milk teeth.
