Q.

my daughter is 6.5years old...her weight is 30kg...she is going for walk everyday for 45min but she is not able to reduce her weight...please suggest how to reduce her weight...suggest if any medical tests or diet chart...

A. Hello mom would suggest to get her thyroid test done , also avoid foods which are refined , processed and high in sugar as well . Avoid too heavy meals especially in late evenings , and give her vegetable salad, soup as well
