A. If your 5-year-old daughter's potty is not clear or she is having incomplete bowel movements, it may be due to low fiber intake, insufficient water, or irregular toilet habits. Encourage her to drink plenty of fluids and include fiber-rich foods like fruits (especially papaya, apple, pear), vegetables, whole grains, and pulses in her diet. Establish a regular toilet routine, preferably after meals, and avoid rushing her. Gentle tummy massage and physical activity also help in digestion. If the problem continues or she experiences pain or hard stools, consult a pediatrician to rule out constipation or other digestive issues.
